Veg kebabs with leftover Brown Rice Pulav!! ( flavored rice with veggies)

Made these Vegetarian Kebabs with the leftover P
ulav ( flavored brown rice ). These kebabs are gluten-free and very healthy and delicious.
As the Pulav is bursting with flavors and lots of vegetables in it ... make a little extra to bake these kebabs the next day. This is a great recipe using leftover food and recycling it into something more delicious.

Alright here comes the recipe of Veg kebabs.
Ingredients :

·         1 small grated carrot

·         1 small mashed potato

·         2 teaspoon lemon juice

·         2 tablespoon fresh corn

·         2 tablespoon peas

·         1/2 cup breadcrumbs

·         2 teaspoon chopped cashew

·         1/2 tbsp Ginger Grated or crushed

·         1 Green Chili chopped fine

·         1/2 tsp Garam Masala

·         1/4 tsp Red chili Powder

·         Salt to taste

Method:

  1.  Take a leftover Pulav Flavored rice


                            


    2.   Take all the boiled or grated vegetables of your choice.

                             


3.    Take a bowl, add leftover Pulav (flavored brown rice) mashed potato, corn, lemon juice bread crumbs combine all thoroughly. Add grated carrot, ginger, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, salt and mix well

                         


4.    To shape the kebabs, divide the dough and give your favorite shape. 

       Preheat oven 400 F and place the kebabs on the baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush them with olive oil. Put them in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.


                          

5.    Serve hot with homemade vegan mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.
