Whole-Wheat Strawberry Muffins.(sugar free , butter free , egg free)


A healthy and tasty wheat flour strawberry muffins recipe, this recipe is made without sugar and without egg, without butter .. so it’s a guilt-free dessert which anybody would love to have. These muffins can be given to kids for breakfast ... without any guilt as these muffins are packed with nutrients.
 
Ingredients:
1 cup jaggery powder
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2cup curd
2 cup  wheat flour 
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp almonds chopped raisins, cashew walnuts 
6 to 8 fresh strawberry halves to decorate on cupcakes.
 
Baking Method:-
• Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Keep the muffins tray lined with parchment paper.
• In a large mixing bowl take 1 cup jaggery, 3/4 cup olive oil, ½ cup curd. 
• Whisk well making sure jaggery dissolves completely.
• Further, add 2 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder and pinch salt
• Sieve all together making sure there are no lumps.
• Mix well with cut and fold method until all the dry ingredients combine well with the mixture.
 Add  1/2 cup water or as required and prepare a thick batter.
•   Add almonds, raisins, cashew, walnuts, and dates
•  Fold gently making sure the dry fruits are mixed well.
• Put the batter in muffins try and add the strawberry halves on top and the cake for 40 minutes.
• Allow it to cool completely and serve.
