Maggi Noodles Soup.
There is nothing like a good bowl of hearty Maggi Noodles Soup on a cold winter day when you are tired to the bones. Warm, comforting, Spicy, and Cozy Soup! To make it a meal, I added some noodles to the soup when serving. It was just slurrrrpelicious!
For a light dinner, you can just have this soup without any accompaniment. You can even serve it as a starter before a meal.
My daughter just loves the soups. when it is Noodle Soup she just loves it !!
INGREDIENTS:-
2 tsp olive oil
2 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 tbsp spring onion
2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1/2 capsicum, finely chopped
2 tbsp carrot, chopped
2 tbsp peas
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups water
1 Maggi pack, noodles + tastemaker
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Method:
In a large pan heat olive oil and saute cloves of garlic. Now add onion and saute well.
Next add capsicum, carrot, peas, and salt. Saute for a minute till vegetables get cooked partially.
Now add 3 cups of water and boil for 5 minutes. Add 1 pack of Maggi tastemaker and mix well also, break 1 Maggi noodles into 3-4 pieces and stir well.
cook for 2 minutes or till Maggi noodles gets cooked well. Add pepper, soy sauce, and vinegar and stir well.
Serve Maggi soupy noodles and enjoy!!
