Easy And Healthy Peanut Chaat.


Peanut chaat is one of those very quick and easy recipes (ready in just five minutes with only a few ingredients!), that is so quick and easy to make and such a healthy and protein-rich snack.

 It’s vegan! If you love spice and you love peanuts, then these spicy peanuts are the perfect snack for you.

Ingredients:
(I have used all organic ingredients)

FOR PRESSURE COOKING:
• 1 cup peanut
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 cups of water

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
• 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
• 1/2 tsp chaat masala
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp tomato, finely chopped
• 1/2 potato / aloo, boiled & cubed
• 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp salt

Method:
Pressure cook the peanuts in cooker until you get 5 whistles.
• Take the boiled peanuts into a large bowl.
• add chili powder, chaat masala.
• Mix well and make sure the spices are well combined.
• Add onion, tomato, potato. also coriander, lemon juice, and salt.
• Mix well and enjoy peanut chaat as an evening snack with tea.
