Are you a biscuit lover? Love biscuits with your tea? Then you gotta start make these easy ragi biscuits at home. These are way more delicious and healthy. I love biscuits any time a day. But I reduced eating store-bought biscuits.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup finger millet flour
• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/2 cup grass-fed  Organic Ghee
• 1/2 cup jaggery
• a pinch of salt
• 3/4 tsp baking powder
• 1:3 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method :
1. Preheat your oven to 350°  F . Line a parchment paper on a baking try and keep it aside.
2. Heat a pan, dry roast the ragi flour till it becomes aromatic(about a min). Let it cool down completely.
3. Then in a strainer/sieve, take roasted finger millet(ragi) flour, wheat flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
4. Sieve everything together and keep it aside. Now, take the room temperature butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
5. Gently knead with your hand. The ghee we added should be enough to form a dough. If not, add milk and mix.
6. This mixture will be a little soft to handle. So take small tamarind size mixture in a hand and make a ball and give a shape like a cookie and keep it in a baking try lined with parchment paper
7. Bake for 18 minutes. Take it out from the oven, let it cool down completely. Biscuit is ready!!
