Vegan Date Caramel Sauce!!

Vegan Date Caramel Covered Apples!!! 
You need just 5 ingredients,  to create this most decadent, silky, rich Vegan Date Caramel Sauce.

This date caramel is sweet and delicious. I love that the dates are able to provide the rich sweet caramel flavor along with fiber, other vitamins, and minerals. Dates are a great source of potassium, copper, magnesium, vitamin B6, niacin, calcium, iron, and vitamin K.
Added bonus, there’s no heavy cream or butter involved so this caramel is dairy-free and vegan. Boom!

Ingredients:-
• 1 cup Organic Dates( your choice of dates)
• 1/2 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 
• 2 to 3 tablespoons coconut oil 

Method:
1. Add all ingredients (starting with 1/3 cup almond milk) into a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and there are no date chunks detectable.
2. Add more almond milk if required..1-2 Tablespoons at a time, if needed to help the blending processor to thin the caramel. 
3. Take 3 organic apples and dip in the Date Carmel and coat it completely with Carmel and use any choice of nut mixture in top Carmel and enjoy!
