Baked bread Katori chaat.



This baked Bread Katori’s are very easy to prepare and if you have even have the ingredients for filling, you can assemble a simple yet tempting starter or snack in just 30 minutes. Also the Bread Katori’s can be baked ahead of time, it will be great party starter too.
Bread katori’s are many a times fried, but frying a bread absorbs a lot of oil as well as it is time consuming. Baking is a good option when compared to frying as we are not using oil at all and you do not have to baby sit it as when you fry. 
This Baked Bread Katori chaat is sure a party pleasure with all that chatpata filling’s like, spicy coriander chutney and tangy and sweet tamarind chutney.

Ingredients:
• Bread slices: 6
• Boiled chopped potatoes: ½
• De seeded tomatoes: ¼ cup,
• Fine chopped onions: ¼ cup,
• Coriander chutney: 3 tbsp,
• Sweet and sour chutney: 3 tbsp,
• Chaat masala: 2 tsp,
• Black Salt,
• Salt,
• Sev,
• Fine chopped coriander leaves: 1 tsp,
• Oil: 1 tsp

1. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F. 
2. Flatten the breads with a rolling pin till it is flat like tortilla or chapati. 

3. Take a bowl or cookie cutter and cut flatten bread slices in circles with the help of knife .

4. Take a muffin tray and grease it with little oil. Press the bread rounds in muffin tins till they take cup shape. In a bowl melt tablespoon of butter and add dry oregano, redchilly flakes and pinch of salt apply this on bread by using brush and put them in a oven for 15 minutes or till bread cups become crispy.
5. In the meanwhile take a mixing bowl and mix together boiled potatoes, tomatoes, onions, chaat masala, half of coriander chutney and sweet & sour chutney, chaat masala, some black salt and keep it aside.

6. After 15 minutes, once bread cups are crispy and brown take them out.
7. Once the bread katoris are ready take them out and let them cool down before serving.
8. Whenever you are ready to serve take bread cup or katori, fill it with veggie mixture, top it with sweet chutney, 




coriander chutney, chaat masala, sev and fine chopped coriander leaves.
9. Serve katori chaat immediately.
