What is Ragi/Finger millet Flour?

Red millet or finger millet are known as ragi or nachni in most Indian languages. These tiny grains are a powerhouse of nutrition and are mostly used as a health food in most South Indian homes

Let's know about Jaggery!!

Jaggery is a kind of unrefined sugar. Raw, concentrated sugarcane juice is boiled until it becomes solid and can be formed into blocks. It has a slight bitterness of molasses and the richness of caramel.

All kinds of health benefits are claimed for jaggery, from curing constipation to reducing blood pressure and everything in between; certainly, it contains useful vitamins and minerals not present in refined sugar.
