Sweet Potato Flatbread (Paratha)!!

Sweet Potato Paratha is a flavorsome flatbread made with sweet potatoes and Indian spices and can be eaten with both tomato ketchup as well as green chutney.

As a parent, we are constantly looking to sneak in some veggies into our kids’ diet and this is a healthy, wholesome meal that fills them and provides much-needed energy and nutrition to their growing bodies.

Sweet Potato offers a good mix of starchy but nutritious alternatives for Potatoes. It has more sugar than regular potatoes but it makes up for all that with the vitamins and lower-calorie contribution.
Moreover, when you make Parathas with Sweet Potatoes, the sugar from Sweet Potatoes is balanced with the protein from Wheat flour. So you get a balanced meal at the end of the day.
