vegan cake pops !!

Vegan Almond flour date-sweetened cake pops !!!  (sugar-free oil-free  )

This vegan, almond flour, date pops were created to provide you with the same joy of eating a sweet treat on a stick, like the traditional cake pop while providing you with wholesome ingredients that will fuel your body with energy and nutrients to keep you happy & healthy.

Ingredients
• 1/2 cup Medjool dates about 7 to 8 dates 
• 1/3 cup non-dairy milk
• 3/4 cup almond flour
• 1/2 cup tapioca starch
• 4 tablespoons  cocoa  powder 
• 1 tsp  baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice 
• Pinch of sea salt

chocolate coating
• 6 medjool dates
• 2 tablespoons cocoa 
• 1/3 cup water
• Optional: 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Method:-
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. In a blender, combine the dates and non-dairy milk. Blend until smooth.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients for the dough. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
4. Roll into small balls (1″ diameter or so).
5. Rinse the blender. Blend the ingredients for the coating until smooth.
6. Dip each ball of dough into the coating mixture and use a spoon to cover with a thin layer. Transfer to a loaf pan that has been lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
7. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
8. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven. Cool for at least 15 minutes. Spoon out or pull apart to serve. Enjoy!
