Vegan Apple Pie Bars


Say hello to your new favorite fall dessert!!!

These heavenly apple pie bars are tastest like apple pie but are in bar form. BONUS – they’re made with wholesome ingredients like almond meal, rolled oats, and maple syrup.

 These gluten-free apple pie bars are filled with warm, cozy spices and easily made vegan for the perfect fall dessert!

These incredible healthy apple pie bars are perfectly sweet, gluten-free, and easily dairy-free & vegan for a treat everyone loves


INGREDIENTS:-

1cup organic pitted Medjool dates

1 large organic apple (roughly chopped)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp lemon juice

¼ cup of organic honey or maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup rolled oats

2 tsp flax meal

1/2  an apple finely diced

Optional: banana ice cream 


Method:

Preheat oven to 325F.

Combine the chopped apple, dates, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and liquid sweetener in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.

Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the blended mixture. Stir to combine.
Add the diced apple chunks and gently fold them in.

Shape the dough into a long thin rectangle slice into bars. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 mins at 325F.

Let them cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan.

Enjoy them !!. Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
